Conference Room

BARRETT HALL BANQUET ROOM

4 hour rental rate $200

Full day rental rate $300

Deposit required to reserve $150

$100 refund the following Monday if no damages or breech of contract.

$50 of refund is cleaning fee which is non-fundable

Cancellation of reservation before 48 hours will result in total refund of full $150 deposit.

Contract must be signed by party host/member renting hall, making them responsible for any damages or breech of contract fees or consequences.

No alcohol purchased outside or off site of Corning American Legion is allowed and will result in permanent ban from Legion and responsible for any legal fees incurred. No alcohol can be removed or taken out of facility other than patio area connected to Memorial Club Bar.

Decorating may be done prior to event within time-frame convenience.

No decorations can be removed/altered or tampered with without renter consent. All acceptable decoration can be discussed with Manager.

Catering is available in house or done by outside party/renter.

Capacity of space allows for 209 guests.

Table/chairs are provided.

Count and additional tables and chairs needed has no additional fee, located in supply closed.

Music device available to pair.

Microphone and podium are available for use without additional charge. All electronic devices available will be reviewed for instructions.

Hall set up included table and chairs required for guest

Addition items can be rented as follows:
- Linens: Table cloth tablecloth colors White, Black, Charcoal Grey
- Water, Lemonade, Coffee are also available upon request.
- All Hall renters have access to the Memorial Club Bar and any items located in bar for entertainment such as: Pooltable, darts, ticket machines.

Partial covered patio located onsite.

Membership applications are located onsite. Information/inquires about memberships or any questions regarding membership, please contact Commander, Sons of Legion/SAL commander, Auxiliary president. Manger or Bartenders can guide you to contact information.

Full payment due 24 hours before event or can be made with deposit.

Kitchen Rental

$150 full day

$100 for rentals including Hall rental (same day)

Kitchen Amenities include:
- Use of appliances for cooking, refrigeration. Dishes, cooking utensils, flatware, Coffee pot, Hotdog machine.
- Linens additional fee $3/tablecloth (White) Linens to be left for inhouse cleaning. Dishwasher instructions will be discussed during walkthrough/viewing.
- No alcohol may be removed from facility and no outside alcohol policy includes kitchen rental. Rental of Kitchen for private use is allowed without Hall rental.
- Kitchen only Rental price requires $150 fee and made prior to event to reserve. Payment due for Kitchen only rental is due prior to event and may be unavailable for rent on certain days due to events planned by legion.
